Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales management, with a strong background in team leadership and business development.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
