Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and present them to senior management.
• Oversee contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
