Providing support which includes tracking and tracing all export cargo and communicating feedback to both internal and external stakeholders.
Main accountabilities include:
Respond to client requests via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Prepare and manage accurate shipping documentation, including House and Master Air Waybills
Ensure proper labeling and packing of cargo for safe and timely carriage
Send pre-alerts to international agents to avoid penalties and storage issues
Maintain compliance with safety and security regulations
Support management with additional tasks as required
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1 to 2 years experience in a relevant field
