What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in investment management.
- Skills:

- Financial institutions analysis
- Mezzanine or structured credit investing
- Impact investing
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Team player mentality
- Appetite for learning new skills

- Qualifications: Professional qualifications commensurate with experience.
- Network: A strong network with prospective investees and investors is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investment pipelines
- Originate and negotiate investments
- Draft investment term sheets
- Conduct due diligence, including financial analysis and management meetings
- Prepare screening and investment memos
- Apply investment guidelines, committee decisions, and E&S policies
- Negotiate final investment agreements with legal counsel
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the investment and operational team
- Support fund raising efforts
- Contribute to the growth of the fund business, including new strategies
